PRODUCTS & SERVICES
Supply
Complete Reinforcing have large well-equipped production facilities in the main centres throughout New Zealand along with satellite branches in the smaller regions. Working together, these plants can manage and deliver all your reinforcing requirements, from a direct to site residential house lot, through to highly complex major project works including diaphragm walls and bridge piles.
Fabricate
Complete Reinforcing can fabricate a range of structures including piles, beams d-walls and culverts etc. in their yard and then have them delivered directly to site for immediate installation. Offsite prefabrication provides better working conditions for the staff such as the ability to utilise overhead gantry cranes, quicker access to the workshop and collaboration with detailing staff. Having less staff on a job site helps to reduce congestion and reduces health and safety incidents.
Install
Our highly skilled teams of installers are available to place reinforcing steel for any commercial, infrastructure or civil project. Our installation teams are available throughout the country and are happy to accommodate remote projects as well. These teams are led by foremen and project managers with many years of industry experience, in New Zealand and abroad. All our our Installers are trained regarding appropriate health and safety measures in accordance with Site Safe regulations.
Experts in BIM 3D Modelling
Complete Reinforcing specialise in 3D modelling of reinforcing steel projects.
Our designers generate a specific 3D model of the reinforcing steel and then use this model to check for; congestion issues, design inaccuracies and build-ability prior to any reinforcing steel being supplied to the project.
The 3D model can also be used to:
-
identify pre-fabrication options
-
maximise waste reduction
-
generate accurate scheduling
-
highlight time and cost saving opportunities.
What is BIM Modelling?
Building Information Modelling (BIM) is an intelligent computer generated 3D Model that gives architects, engineers and construction professionals the insight and tools to more efficiently plan, design, construct and manage buildings and infrastructure.
Every detail of a building can be modelled in BIM. The model is used for analysis to explore design options and to create visualisations that help professionals understand all aspects of the building before it is built. The model is then used to generate the design documentation for construction.
