Product Compliance

All reinforcing deformed bars, plain bar and mesh products meet or exceed AS/NZS 4671:2001, the Australian/New Zealand standard, Steel reinforcing materials. The materials sourced from steel mills comply to AS/NZS 4671:2001 standard specified to 300E and 500E micro alloy process and independently audited and certified by ACRS (Australasian Certification Authority for Reinforcing and Structural Steels Ltd).

Complete Reinforcing employs the technical capabilities of Euro Corporation limited Laboratory for quality control of products and manufacturing process.


Euro corporation limited established its Laboratory in 2016 as a satellite Laboratory of Holmes Solutions to test and issue test certificate that complies with AS/NZS 4671 standard, steel for the reinforcement of concrete.


The laboratory became independent in January 2021, since it was accredited by International Accreditation New Zealand (IANZ) and comply with NZS ISO/IEC 17025:2018 quality management system (QMS). Laboratory uses state of art universal testing machine (UTM) from Shimadzhu equipped with latest Trapezium software.

Having an independent and dedicated laboratory helps Complete Reinforcing meet standard requirements to truly manage the quality of products. By monitoring key characteristics and providing feedback to suppliers, and testing products at various stages of the production to ensure processes are in control to test finished products and meet customer satisfaction.

Reinforcing Bar

There are two grades of bar commonly used in New Zealand:

--- Grade 300E

--- Grade 500E

Bars are available in 6mm, 10mm, 12mm, 16mm, 20mm, 25mm, 32mm and 40mm diameter in either plain round or deformed.



These are two types of mesh commonly used in New Zealand.

Hard-drawn mesh: Commonly used in driveways, yards or
non structural applications (668, 665, 663, 661, MD/84/10 and MD147/10)

Grade 500E Xtra-ductile mesh: Commonly required in most structural applications.

This mesh is generally specified by either the building code or an engineer (SE62, SE72, SE82 and SE92)

Accessory Products

We offer tie wire in 230mm, 300mm or 400mm lengths in both black annealed or galvanised options.

We also offer all your plastic component needs, such as, mesh and bar chairs, safety caps, polythene and polythene tape.
